ECOMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST

As an eCommerce Sales Specialist, your overall goal is to maximize online sales through commercial analysis, merchandising, and ongoing optimization of the assortment, campaigns, and onsite experience. You are responsible for translating business goals and strategic priorities into concrete sales-driving activities – ensuring that ginatricot.com is always relevant, up-to-date, and commercially strong.

The role combines a clear sales and analytical focus with operational work in, among other things, CMS, where you daily drive content, structure, and publishing in line with the campaign plan and sales trends.

You report to the Head of eCommerce and work closely with the eCommerce Sales Team Lead as well as in close collaboration with the Experience Team, Analytics, Assortment, Paid Media, Marketing, and Customer Activation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize sales on ginatricot.com through merchandising, campaigns, and onsite optimization

  • Work data-driven with KPIs such as CR, AOV, margin, and stock-out %

  • Plan and publish content in CMS in line with the campaign plan and sales trends

  • Ensure that the assortment, campaigns, and marketing interact effectively

  • Identify growth opportunities and initiate improvements based on analysis and insights

  • Tailor assortment and content per market for maximum commercial impact

Qualifications

  • Education in eCommerce, Digital Business Development, or equivalent

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, online merchandising, or similar

  • Experience from fashion or retail is a plus

  • Strong understanding of search, merchandising, and recommendations

  • Familiarity with data, KPIs, and sales analysis

  • Experience with CMS, merchandising and personalization tools, PIM, GA4, and analytics tools

  • Ability to translate data into concrete commercial actions

ABOUT THE POSITION Employment type: Permanent full-time, starting with a 6-month probationary period Start: By agreement Location: Head office in Borås

ABOUT THE PROCESS Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
