About the role

As Account Manager at Maxi, you will be a central part of our store team and play a crucial role in developing and strengthening our customer relationships. Your main task is to provide active and proactive support to our customers based on our customer and engagement strategies. The goal is to develop and create business benefits with measurable effects, which in turn strengthens both the customer's business and ICA Reklam's position and business.

Main responsibilities

  • Actively participate in and lead the customer team's delivery.
  • Build trust with customers through proactive and advisory dialogues that develop their business and contribute to ICA Reklam's business.
  • Daily analysis of customer data, for example from proactive views and Hubspot, and translate the analysis into concrete recommendations.
  • Be responsive to customer needs and wishes and translate these into new assignments and projects, large and small.

Customer responsibility

  • Build and maintain trust with customers through proactive and advisory dialogue.
  • Identify customer needs and transform these into new assignments and projects.
  • Be responsible for delivery, follow-up, and evaluation of customer assignments.

Business development

  • Support customers in their communication planning and act as a partner in all communication.
  • Be responsible for pricing in offers and financial descriptions of the business with the customer.

Personnel responsibility

  • Be responsible for staffing, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee conversations, work environment, and salary setting.
  • Develop the team's collaboration and common working methods through clear goals and KPIs.

Personal qualities and qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent. As a person, you are analytical, initiative-driven, motivated, social, and possess leadership qualities. It is important that you are a relationship builder who is curious and not afraid to share experiences and insights. You understand the importance of needs-based sales and are knowledgeable in all channels, business-oriented, brand-savvy, and understand strategies and how they are implemented in operational work. You are a communicative team player with high social competence and have a desire to meet customers in both large and small assignments where you have the ability to read where the customer is at.

If you have previous experience from any part of ICA, we consider it highly meritorious, especially from retail.
