Sales Associate Wanted for Hemtex, MQ, and Lindex in Alingsås

We are looking for more Polare who want to work as sales associates at Hemtex, MQ, or Lindex in Alingsås, among other locations. As a Polare, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You will be earmarked for a retail chain and will move between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. Right now, we are filling our pools with people who can work in stores in Alingsås, but it is advantageous if you can also work in, for example, Gothenburg, Lerum, or Partille.

As a sales associate, you will be involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the sales floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

• It is a requirement according to the collective agreement for the position that you have another primary occupation of at least 50%. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (need-based or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax. • You have completed high school education
• You have previous experience working as a sales associate with personal sales in retail
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, and there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English
