About Alfredssons
Alfredssons is one of the leading producers of wall art in the Nordics. We specialize in high-quality print production of posters, Fine Art, and canvas, delivering our products to consumers worldwide. Through collaborations with a large number of webshops, we are a reliable and efficient partner in on-demand production.
We are now strengthening our team and looking for a customer service representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves service, and has knowledge of logistics flows within e-commerce.
About the Role
The role is operational, communicative, and solution-oriented with a clear focus on service and follow-up. As a customer service representative at Alfredssons, you will have daily contact with both partners and freight companies.
You will work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each customer inquiry is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a high sense of service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Answer questions about products, deliveries, and tracking
- Have direct contact with shippers and production
- Handle returns, complaints, and discrepancies
- Manage customs and freight matters
- Actively work to improve internal routines based on customer feedback
- Gather customer insights and contribute to improved working methods
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with freight companies and logistics within e-commerce
- Good knowledge of freight bookings and customs matters
- Experience in handling complaints
- Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Good computer skills and is quick at typing
Experience from e-commerce companies with in-house production and working in customer service systems such as Zendesk or similar is a plus.
