The medical administration is a central function in the reception's work, and together we will develop administrative methods and ensure that the reception's administrative processes function properly. We are now looking for a medical care administrator to be placed in child and adolescent psychiatry.

The psychiatry area conducts both acute and planned activities within outpatient care and inpatient care. We have administration at the university hospital in Örebro, Karlskoga, Hallsberg, and Lindesberg. The medical administration is a central function in our operations that ensures that the administrative processes work. Psychiatric administration consists of about 60 medical care administrators distributed among three unit managers.

The position includes the usual tasks for a medical care administrator, such as medical documentation, patient administration, billing work, mail handling, and administrative support to other professional groups. You should be able to work independently, be solution-focused, and have a professional attitude. Contributing to the development and change projects of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work.

Medical care administrator training, medical secretary training, or medical secretary education is a requirement. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, be service-oriented, flexible, independent, and meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues and enjoy working in a team. Familiarity with the Cosmic journal system is considered an advantage.

Permanent employment in the psychiatry administration unit 3 with placement at child and adolescent psychiatry, Örebro.
