About the role
Your summer job as a claims adjuster in the Motor Claims Department means you will have direct contact with our customers, receive their cases, and assess whether they are entitled to compensation from their insurance. The work involves communicating with our customers through both our digital channels and via phone. We are a team that helps each other in our daily work, but the position also requires independent decision-making and finding new solutions within our regulations to improve our services.
The position is a temporary employment where you will work based on the needs of the business, with a maximum of 37 hours per week during weeks 23 - 33. To give you the best conditions for success in the role, you will receive on-the-job training with us 1-2 days a week starting in week 15.

Who are you?
For this job, we are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about our industry and loves to provide professional and positive customer interactions. You should have experience working in service and feel comfortable with customer meetings across various channels. Previous experience in claims adjustment is a strong advantage.
Great emphasis is placed on personality and potential. You have a natural talent for communication and service. You enjoy contributing and coming up with new ideas on how we can continuously improve. Your ability to tackle and solve problems that arise in your daily work is also a valuable trait for you to thrive and succeed in the role.
