We are now looking, on behalf of our client in Karlskoga, for a service-oriented and communicative customer service representative for a 75% assignment.

Your Future Challenge

In this role, you are the company's face to the outside world and an important part of the customer experience. You are the voice that answers the phone, the person who welcomes visitors, and the one who responds via email and other channels. A positive attitude and quick response are central to the work.

Your main tasks will be to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, social media, email, and in-person visits.

You will also:

• Be responsible for mailings and other customer communications in collaboration with the communications and marketing department.
• Work with the sales of services.
• Plan and follow up on customer activities together with the marketing department.

Working hours are daytime, 6 hours per day. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for about five months, with the possibility of extension.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We believe that you have previous experience in service work and thrive in a varied role with a clear customer focus. You are communicative, meticulous, and structured, and you take responsibility for your tasks. Above all, you have a positive attitude and are driven to provide professional service.

You need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Good computer skills are a prerequisite.
