Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys helping people in their daily lives. As a customer service representative, you are the voice of the company and play a crucial role in creating safe, professional, and positive customer experiences. You will have daily contact with customers via phone, email, and chat, answering questions, helping to solve problems, and guiding customers to the right solutions.

The job involves a varied pace where no day is the same. You will handle both simpler inquiries and more complex cases, which requires you to be flexible, meticulous, and have a good ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically. You will work closely with your colleagues and receive ongoing support from team leaders and the organization.

In this role, it is important that you are:

Previous experience in customer service or service professions is a plus, but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop.

Practical Information:

• The position is full-time
• The work is performed on-site – remote work is not possible for this role
• Fixed monthly salary plus a small bonus component
• Vacation pay according to agreement
• You will receive full training and introduction before you start working on the phone
