The Service Center is a department within the Shared Service Center area. In the Service Center, we receive error reports, orders, and provide support and mediation of cases within IT, healthcare and administrative systems, real estate issues, telephony, cleaning, and transport. All employees and municipal staff also come to us to have their eService card issued.
The department consists of the First Line group and eService card, IT and telephony support, and Systemsupport. As an employee in the First Line and eService card group, you will play an important role in meeting our customers via phone. What unites us is our very high service spirit. Support Staff, First Line Support, Service Center, Temporary PositionJob ResponsibilitiesWith us, you will work in the First Line team and together with your colleagues ensure that the function operates optimally. This means that you will work both individually and in a group. The work primarily involves helping our customers via phone, email, and self-service.
Your work will include, among other things:
- Receiving error reports, orders, and inquiries regarding all types of cases that the Service Center handles
- Analyzing the questions that come in, solving them or forwarding them to second line support, or to another executing unit.
- Collaborating with your colleagues to resolve incoming cases. Documenting, following up, and providing feedback.
- Working together with other employees, group leaders, and department heads to continuously develop and improve operations.

QualificationsWe are looking for someone with at least a high school education and a minimum of one year of work experience in customer service or support activities.
You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
As a person, you have a strong drive, a solution-oriented focus, a desire to develop, and a strong sense of service. You enjoy having customer contact and working in a fast-paced environment.
