Property Administrator in Gothenburg
Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a commercial property administrator who can start an assignment shortly. The assignment will last for an extended period and may lead to employment for the right person.

About the Client

Our client is one of the larger commercial real estate companies and needs to strengthen its team for a limited period.

Responsibilities:

Registration and management of commercial lease agreements.
Settlements and indexing.
Contract changes.
Lease accounts.
Management of payments, credits, and discounts.
Other administrative tasks related to the lease flow.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with management and finance.

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least two years of experience working with commercial properties.
Has good experience in contract registration and lease administration.
Is confident in working with settlements and more complex indexing.
Has good system skills and enjoys digital workflows.
Works independently, structured, and meticulously.
Thrives in a team-oriented and office-based environment.
