Maintenance and Production Technician

Do you want to work broadly with technical maintenance, improvement work, and contribute to smooth production? Cleano is now looking for a dedicated maintenance and production technician who wants to take responsibility for the company's technical maintenance and develop our machinery together with production.

About the role:

As a maintenance and production technician, you are responsible for ensuring operational reliability. You work proactively and with urgent interventions and drive improvement work to create long-term sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with production, production management, and external contractors when we need outside support.

An important part of the role is to educate and support our operators in simple troubleshooting and daily maintenance, so they can handle simpler problems themselves and contribute to smoother operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform technical improvement work on machine lines
• Work proactively by participating in improvement projects
• Create requirements for new machine acquisitions
• Focus on project work and support production during machine startups
• Be responsible for the availability of technical flows in machine lines
• Create method standards for production and maintenance
• Production technology
• Collaborate with contractors during external interventions
• Train operators in the correct method standards

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical education or equivalent experience in production technology work within the industry. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy a role where you can work practically while contributing to development and a better working environment.
