About us

Grimstaskolan is a 6-9 school consisting of 16 classes and one class in adapted primary school. The school has approximately 450 students. Each grade forms a work team and collaborates around the students' development and needs. We are a school located in eastern Upplands Väsby with good access to nature, recreational activities, and active associations.

About the position

The position is a 100 percent temporary position from April 13 until the summer. The position includes mentorship for a group of students in grade 9. There may also be a possibility of extending the temporary position to the school year 26/27.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license to teach Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience teaching at the secondary level.

As a person, you are collaborative, which for us means that you find it easy to work together with others to achieve common goals. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and relationship-building. You have the ability to find solutions to emerging problems without losing sight of long-term strategies. To succeed in the role, you also need to be structured by organizing your work well and ensuring that you complete what you have started.
