Trollbodaskolan is a F-9 school with about 620 students, located in the picturesque Hässelby villastad in northwestern Stockholm.

The school was built in 2000 and has bright and fresh premises where each work team has its own classrooms, workrooms, and, where applicable, after-school care.

We are looking for a qualified music teacher who is interested in developing the music subject for grades F-5 at the school. The position is a temporary contract. You should be engaged, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their studies. Our experience is that a relational and committed teacher truly makes a difference for our students here at Trollbodaskolan. The assignment includes planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the educational work based on governing documents and the student’s needs and interests, both individually and together with the work team. As a music teacher, it is also part of the assignment to plan and lead the Lucia celebration and graduations, as well as mentorship.

It is an advantage if you can teach in another subject as well. The city of Stockholm works with competence-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's skills and thus counteracting discrimination.
