Primary Teacher in Leisure Activities 50% Pershagenskolan

Pershagenskolan is a F-9 school with approximately 450 students. The school is located in a picturesque environment close to forests, the sea, and nature reserves. It is easily accessible by car, bus, or commuter train. At Pershagenskolan, in addition to several certified teachers and preschool teachers, we also have special education teachers, a school nurse, career counselors, a social worker, and school leaders. We actively work with collegial learning to develop our staff and our school. A safe school environment throughout the students' entire school day, including lessons, breaks, and leisure time, is important to us.

Your Responsibilities

We now want to strengthen our leisure team with an additional primary teacher in leisure activities and are looking for someone who is a skilled and well-educated primary teacher in leisure activities. We seek someone with a strong commitment and experience in developing the quality of leisure activities in accordance with LGR22. The teaching in leisure activities should stimulate our students' development and learning and offer them a meaningful leisure time. Our teaching should be based on our students' interests, but they should also be challenged and inspired to dare to try and learn new things.

Who are you?

Personal qualities:
- You are professional in your role, engaged, and take responsibility
- You collaborate with your colleagues, are positive, and solution-focused
- You have experience working on language development in leisure activities
- You easily build good relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, the work team, the school's student health team, and school management.

Requirements:
- Certified primary teacher in leisure activities
- Well acquainted with the governing documents of leisure activities
- Experience in planning leisure activities
- You have a good ability to communicate and express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Good computer skills

Meritorious:
- Education in NPF and other functional variations
- Leading and managing break activities
- Training in low-arousal approaches
