Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher in wireless communication with a focus on signal processing, transmission techniques for multiple antennas, and integrated communication and radar systems.

The main task is independent research and qualification in the field, but the position also includes some project management and coordination within the project that funds the position.

Qualifications

Requirements

• PhD degree or foreign degree assessed to be equivalent to a PhD. This eligibility requirement must be met by the time the employment decision is made.
• General scientific competence and potential.
• Strong background in wireless communication, signal processing, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent academic qualifications and potential, well-developed analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, as it is required for daily work.

Meritorious

• At the closing date of the application, no more than three years since the PhD degree or a foreign degree assessed to be equivalent to a PhD was obtained.
• Background in distributed optimization techniques and estimation theory.
• Demonstrated pedagogical ability and potential is meritorious.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate is meritorious.
• Demonstrated awareness of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender equality is meritorious.
