Väktarutbildning AB offers modern and flexible training that combines distance learning with practical training. We are now looking for an engaged and pedagogically skilled teacher in law with a focus on security guard training.

Teachers must have Law 15.0 credits

With us, you as a teacher have the opportunity to influence, develop, and inspire adult students who want to take the next step in their career.

We have several teachers and instructors in first aid, fire safety, conflict management, and self-defense.

We are now looking for a teacher who can teach Law VU1, VU2, and Continuing Education with a focus on security guards.

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for teaching students studying at a distance.
• Motivate and coach students to achieve good study results.
• Adapt teaching to different levels of prior knowledge.
• Conduct assessments, grading, exams, and feedback.
• Work with study materials according to FAP 573-1.
• Actively contribute to the development and quality of the education.

Qualifications

• Relevant competence in law related to security guard training.
• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Experience in adult education and distance pedagogy is an advantage.
• Good ability to customize teaching and communication.
