TB Special AB is looking for an Operational Business Manager with documented experience in the transport and logistics industry.

About the role

As an Operational Business Manager, you will have overall responsibility for business, customer relationships, and operational management. You will drive development forward – both in customer relations and internally.

You are expected to:

• Actively develop and deepen customer relationships
• Create new business and secure long-term contracts
• Have full control over costs, margins, and contribution margins
• Be present in daily operations and solve operational challenges
• Create clarity, structure, and accountability in the organization
• Ensure profitable growth

This is a role for you who want to influence – not just manage.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in the transport, trucking, or logistics industry
• Has worked operationally and understands the daily life of transport management
• Has strong business acumen and is confident in financial follow-up
• Is accustomed to working with margins, calculations, and pricing
• Is unpretentious and enjoys being close to operations
• Has drive, energy, and execution power

It is an advantage if you have an entrepreneurial background or experience in building or developing small/medium-sized businesses.
