Job Description
Mellifiq is a multi-award-winning corporate group in environmental technology that is currently in an expansion phase. We are now looking for an Office Coordinator/Administrator who wants to become a central part of our continued development!
As an Office Coordinator/Administrator at Mellifiq, you will play a key role in ensuring a well-functioning and efficient organization. The role is broad and varied, combining administrative and practical tasks.
Your responsibilities include providing our visitors with a professional and welcoming reception, handling incoming calls and mail, preparing meeting and conference rooms with food and beverages, and ensuring that all equipment is in place.
The role also includes administrative tasks, such as supporting our service and sales department with project and service coordination, travel bookings, administration in our business and CRM systems, and other administrative support.
The position is located in Hägersten, Stockholm. Travel may be required for the position, so a driver's license is a must.
Candidate Profile
We believe you are a doer and a problem solver. You are not afraid to take responsibility and ask questions. To thrive in this role, you have the ability to adapt to different situations that may arise during the workday and tackle tasks with flexibility and a service-oriented attitude. We are a digital organization, and you need to have a technical interest and knowledge of how to work with digital tools, administrative systems, and Microsoft Office. We believe in learning and developing while you work. There are good opportunities to grow both your own knowledge and your role in the company.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in administrative systems such as CRM and business systems
- Previous experience as an Office or Event Coordinator, Receptionist, Administrator, or similar.
