Assignment Description
The organization operates according to the PM3 model for system management. In this role, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and further developing the IT work within assigned management objects, in accordance with established management plans and goals.
You act as the natural link between the business and IT, ensuring that the business's needs for digitization are translated into effective, secure, and appropriate IT solutions. The role also involves ensuring that IT supports meet agreed service levels (SLA) and identifying and driving improvements that increase quality and efficiency in IT deliveries.
An important part of the assignment is to participate in the pre-study, procurement, and implementation of a new HR system, where you act as technical support and technical project manager in close collaboration with the business's project manager.
Reporting is done to the IT/OT manager with weekly follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Strategic Level
- Prioritize, plan, and follow up IT activities in management plans
- Ensure that IT-related goals are met through timely delivery, with the right quality and cost
- Participate in the steering group meetings of the objects together with the business's management leaders
Operational Level
- Lead daily management governance at the tactical level
- Drive and coordinate IT-related issues within the management objects
- Participate in the pre-study, procurement, and implementation of a new HR system
- Ensure stable and secure operation of existing systems
Advisory and Communicative Role
- Communicate technical solutions and issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Provide support in matters concerning IT and information security
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for IT management
Deliverables
- Active participation in the procurement and implementation of a new HR system
- Ongoing management of HR, Finance, and Diary and document management systems
- Documentation and updating of management plans
- Status reporting according to the agreed structure
Mandatory Requirements
- Consultant level: at least level 4
- Documented experience in developing and writing management plans
- Practical experience in system management and management leadership in complex organizations (integrated systems, high security requirements, varying technical platforms)
- Experience in leading system implementations and a good understanding of IT project deliveries
- Good knowledge of IT security and information security
- Very good collaboration skills and experience in leading and participating in projects
- Ability to hold meetings and communicate confidently with different target groups
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience with HR systems
- Documented ability to develop and implement strategies for IT management
- In-depth experience in documenting and structuring management work
- Experience from similar assignments in larger organizations
