Summer Substitute as a Care Manager for the Elderly Care

Responsibilities

• investigation and decision-making regarding services
• documentation and follow-up
• collaboration with colleagues, providers, and other stakeholders

The period for the substitute position extends from weeks 24–33.

Your Profile

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has ongoing or completed higher education in social work, social work program, or other relevant education
• is structured, responsible, and has good collaboration skills
• can work independently and make decisions within given frameworks
• has a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• A driving license for manual transmission is a requirement for the position.

Meritorious

• Experience in authority work
• Experience with the LifeCare operational system.
• Experience with the Cosmiq link system
