We are looking for a senior IT specialist who can lead and conduct a feasibility study on master data with a focus on article data management. The business operates within healthcare and supply logistics and handles a large assortment of products where high data quality is crucial for purchasing, inventory, and distribution.

Currently, article data management occurs in several systems and largely manually. The assignment aims to map the current situation and needs, as well as to develop recommendations for improved system support, suitable integrations, and any need for system development. The work also includes identifying if any system can be phased out and investigating how a supplier portal in the region's PIM can be utilized.

• Plan, lead, and conduct the feasibility study together with relevant stakeholders.
• Map processes, needs, and current system support for article and supplier data.
• Analyze and recommend which existing system(s) should be the master for article data.
• Develop proposals for a future system map and working methods that minimize manual work.
• Identify and describe suitable integrations between systems, including information flows and integration patterns.
• Evaluate whether systems should be phased out, supplemented, or replaced.
• Investigate how the supplier portal in the region's PIM can be used in the business.
• Prepare documentation for implementation, including assessments of time, resources, and costs.
• Recommend roles and structures for a management organization.
• Document analysis, conclusions, and recommendations clearly and structured.

• Documented experience in master data management.
• Experience working with PIM systems.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies/investigations and developing recommendations based on business analysis.
• Experience modeling system maps, information flows, and integration patterns at both conceptual and logical levels.
• Very good ability to document clearly and structured.
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Experience analyzing and proposing master data architecture and a good understanding of article data flows within logistics, purchasing, or supply management.
• Previous experience with IMI Advanced Order Management (AOM) 11.3.
• Previous experience with Optimizely PIM.
• Previous experience with Informatica MDM – Product 360 10.5.
• Experience working in the public sector.
