At Nimbus, we have 2 daily activities, one located in Stångby kyrkby and another on Skjutbanevägen in Lund.

In Stångby kyrkby, we are on a farm where our guiding principles are Animals, nature, cultivation, and gardening. You can meet the animals in the pastures around the farm, and rabbits can be cared for in the stable. Nature surrounds us, or you can go on excursions. The garden needs to be maintained, and we mostly cultivate in planting boxes. There are 16 participants working at the DV in Stångby kyrkby.

At DV on Skjutbanevägen in Lund, our guiding principles are express, explore, and develop. Here, we work on expressing ourselves in various ways, such as creating with different materials or singing and moving. Exploration can be done by searching for information online, visiting museums, etc. Development occurs through working on things that one finds enjoyable and is interested in learning more about. We also work with a theme one week each month. There are 8 participants working at DV Skjutbanevägen.

We work with clear pedagogical methods to make the day understandable and provide predictability. We support participants in everything they need help with and try to inspire an active workday. We handle cleaning, assist with hygiene, and prepare or heat meals and snacks.
