Social Worker for Individual and Family Services in Höör

In the adult group, we work with authority exercises regarding harmful use/dependency and violence in close relationships, treatment within harmful use/dependency, and financial assistance.

We would like you to start your introduction as early as April and, if possible, work full-time or a few days a week during the months leading up to summer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker, you will receive and investigate applications and reports concerning adults, within harmful use and dependency and violence in close relationships. In cases involving violence in close relationships, you will work together with your colleagues within the organization on supportive conversations, risk assessments, and placements in sheltered housing.

You will also be responsible for following up on decided interventions. There will be two social workers working in this area of responsibility, and you will have close collaboration with colleagues working in treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, preferably with experience in working with harmful use and dependency and violence in close relationships within social services, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession and will graduate at the beginning of summer.

A valid driver's license is required.

It is essential that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing and have experience in documentation. We view positively if you have experience working in the Lifecare operational system. Training and experience in using ASI and FREDA are advantageous. You should have good knowledge of current legislation, SoL, and LVM.

You are curious and solution-oriented. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the position.
