We have lively/happy girls & boys who wish to find a new Companion/Relief Worker throughout Vellinge municipality. Our clients have different needs and wishes.

If you are inventive and enjoy coming up with activities and can motivate, you are the right person.

If you are between 20 - 30 years old, it is an advantage as our clients prefer younger individuals.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION

Are you passionate about working with people? Do you want to work with individuals who, due to disabilities, need extra support in their daily lives? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

The assignments vary among different clients, and the tasks depend on the individual’s needs and wishes. What is common in all assignments is to support the individual in living as rich and independent a life as possible based on the intentions of LSS.

Qualifications We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to your fellow human beings. You should have the ability to understand other people's need for support. We want you to be responsible and able to take initiative. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who performs their tasks with the client in focus and in a professional manner.

Personal qualities are requested based on the client's wishes.

This assignment is suitable for you who are studying or have a part-time job.

Requirements

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

If you have previous experience working with children with autism, this is an advantage.

Being able to speak and understand English is also beneficial.

Working hours

You will mostly work weekends and evenings, but there may also be daytime shifts. Flexible schedule.

Employment varies between 8 - 30 hours/month
