About the Client

The client is a 5-year-old boy who needs help with everything in his daily life. You will work in the client's home based on established and clear routines. The client needs calm and peace, so it is important that you are attentive to what the client needs at the moment. The client requires a lot of care and medical interventions, which means you need to be solution-focused and enjoy working for the client's best interests. There is a cat in the client's home.

About the Position

We are looking for personal assistants for a schedule of 55-60%.

You will work during the day and evening, as well as awake nights with the client, and the work is scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.

You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You will receive a good introduction and training with the client to ensure safety between you and the client.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is used to working based on established routines. You will actively work according to the client's needs. You should have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. The client has many aids such as lifts, saliva suction devices, oxygen masks, and oxygen monitoring, so you should be able to take initiative and collaborate well with colleagues.

Experience

We prefer that applicants have experience in healthcare and social services, preferably as a personal assistant. It is a plus if you have worked with children with tracheostomy before.

A background check will be conducted, so it is good if you have a current background check ready.
