About us

As a coordinator for SIP and network work, you belong to the Preventive and Treatment unit, which is part of the individual and family care at the social and care office. The unit consists of six different operations, including family centers, prevention teams, Väsby treatment team, youth reception, and family and school services, along with the coordinators for SIP and networks. The coordinators are responsible for and part of the municipality's network team, which consists of three full-time coordinator positions and two part-time meeting leaders, who work in a structured manner with various forms of network meetings. We receive assignments from the entire individual and family care as well as other units within the social and care office, thus working with both children, families, and adults.

The network team receives regular supervision.

About the position

The coordinator role means being the spider in the web in creating effective network meetings and SIP meetings, always with the main person in focus. The coordinators also lead information sessions in the municipality about network meetings and SIP.

We invite people from the private network and other authorities within the region's various operations, schools, social insurance agency, employment agency, and more to provide a collective support around the individual and work to mobilize the resources available around each individual. Further collaboration occurs with those involved.

The position also includes:

• Conducting training in SIP, network work, and systems theory for social services staff
• Being responsible for ongoing operational development for the assignments

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with a social work degree, a systems theoretical approach, and relevant further education for network work and SIP.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in network work and preferably experience in family treatment.

As a person, you are structured, which means you have the ability to plan, organize, and follow up on your work effectively. Your stable nature allows you to remain calm and focused even in challenging situations. You are relationship-building and have a natural ability to create and nurture relationships. Furthermore, you are collaborative and contribute to a positive team spirit where common goals are in focus. We also see that you have a professional approach and a good attitude as this is significant for those seeking conversations.
