Personal Assistant Wanted

Hello!
I am a 22-year-old girl looking for a personal assistant who wants to be part of my everyday life 🌟

You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, but you will work where I am – mainly in my apartment in central Stockholm or at KTH where I am studying the Master's program in Computer Engineering.

About Me

I have a muscle disease (nemaline myopathy) which means muscle weakness, and therefore I need help with physical tasks such as transfers, dressing, showering, and some household chores. I sometimes train at the gym, and I will also need your active help then.

The job varies from day to day, so it is important that you are flexible, attentive, and respectful of my privacy.

Who Am I Looking For?

You are calm, methodical, and in good physical shape as the work involves lifting. Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, but personal chemistry and trust are the most important.

I prefer that you are a woman, ideally between 22–35 years old. A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement. I sometimes have a cat at home, so you should not be allergic.

Working Hours and Employment Levels

I am looking for a part-time assistant to work night shifts with sleeping duty.

One of my current assistants is graduating soon, so there is a good chance that a position will be available shortly.

If you have another job that you plan to combine with this, please mention in your application which days you are already booked if it is according to a schedule.

When Can You Start?

By agreement - please indicate your preferences in your application.

Your Salary

At Vivida, as an assistant, you will receive a fixed hourly wage + vacation pay and possible additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
