Are you an engineer with experience in User Experience and Human Factors Integration? Then this could be the job for you! In this role, you will work on critical societal projects with opportunities for significant responsibility.

Our client is now looking for a new colleague to join their team, where the company you will join is a high-tech firm involved in critical societal projects. As a Human Factors Engineer, you will work on the design and testing of various products, constantly experimenting to find different solutions and results. For example, you may test a product against sand, water, and vibrations, and then ensure that ergonomic changes are made so that the products become user-friendly and tailored for human use.

The work is a mix of hands-on testing and documenting results and changes to present to colleagues. It is essential for the role that you are willing to voice your opinions and suggest changes to drive the work forward.

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in, for example, UX/HFI
• Has at least one year of work experience in similar tasks
• Has experience and a solid interest in material and physical testing
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with testing physical materials in manufacturing industries or companies within the defense industry is a plus.

As a person, we believe you are unpretentious, humble, and have no problem going back and redoing things. You are also curious, goal-oriented, and helpful in achieving good results together with your team.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
