At Hälsocentralen Ankaret in central Örnsköldsvik, the largest health center in the county, about 65 employees work together to create the best possible care and work environment. We are now looking for a medical secretary who wants to help strengthen our team. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

As a medical secretary with us, you will have an important and varied job. You will work administratively with:

• Documentation of medical records after dictation
• Care documentation such as diagnosis registration and referral management
• Mail handling
• Other administrative tasks

You will use the Cosmic journal system to assist you. You will also work in our reception with cash handling, where you are our face to the outside world, meeting and guiding patients at the health center. The function is distributed among several medical secretaries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has education as a medical secretary
• Has work experience with the Cosmic journal system
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in primary care
