HR Administrator with a focus on Recruitment

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented HR Administrator with a focus on recruitment to our HR department.

In this role, you will support the recruitment department by coordinating, administering, and ensuring the quality of the administrative aspects of our recruitment processes.

The position is suitable for you who thrive in a central and supportive role where structure, accountability, and collaboration are crucial to ensuring effective and professional recruitments.

Your Future Challenge

• Administrative support to the recruitment department throughout the recruitment process
• Book and administer security interviews
• Handle visitor registrations and permissions
• Register new hires and personnel information in the HR system
• Create, administer, and archive employment contracts and other employment documents
• Ensure that documentation and personnel data are correct and up to date
• Support managers and recruiters in recruitment and HR-related administrative matters
• Participate in the work to develop and streamline administrative routines within HR and recruitment
• Handle reporting, statistics, and archiving
• Other system support and other usual administrative HR tasks

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in HR, administration, or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience in HR administration, preferably related to recruitment or hiring processes. Knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and HR processes is an advantage.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, and have good knowledge of the Office suite.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, meticulous, and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. You enjoy handling multiple parallel tasks and are used to working against deadlines. You have a service-oriented approach, find it easy to collaborate, and create good relationships both internally and externally.
