About the Position
We are looking for a structured and dedicated staffing coordinator to join our team in Sundsvall. This is a central role where you will be a key person in the daily planning and coordination of our consultants and client assignments across Sweden. As a staffing coordinator, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and colleagues to ensure the right person is in the right place – at the right time. The position begins with a part-time introductory period in the spring and then transitions to full-time over the summer for approximately three months.

Responsibilities
As a staffing coordinator, you will play an important operational role in our staffing team. You will work closely with the staffing manager and our local offices. Your main tasks will include:
- Coordinating and planning staffing for our consultants and assignments
- Handling client staffing requests and ensuring quick feedback
- Administering time reports, assignments, and invoicing materials in our systems
- Following up on absenteeism, sick leave, and availability among consultants
- Being the contact person and support for both clients and consultants in daily operations
- Contributing to developing routines and methods for an efficient staffing process
- Collaborating with the recruitment team when new resources are needed
The role involves on-call work according to a schedule and close collaboration with colleagues across the country.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, service-minded, and enjoys a coordinating role. You have a natural drive, appreciate order and structure, and can prioritize even when the pace is high.
We prefer that you have:
- Several years of experience in administration, planning, or customer service
- Experience in staffing, HR, or personnel planning is an advantage
- Good system skills and administrative proficiency
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A valid driver’s license (B)

The position is located at our office in Sundsvall, Universitetsallén 32. Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 including on-call time from 06:00. Start date is according to agreement.
