Do you want to make a difference and be a support for people living in special housing services?
Then this could be a job for you! We are now looking for new colleagues who want to work either awake night shifts or day/evening shifts as hourly employees.
As a substitute, you may work at all three residences.
Job Responsibilities
Tretakten is a municipal intrapreneurship in the southwest and consists of three BmSS with a psychiatric focus; Bankogatan, Norra Dragspelsgatan, and Trumgatan. Those working in an intrapreneurship are expected to take greater responsibility for the operation as a whole, in return, you will have greater opportunity to influence your own work and the operation. Trust and professional judgment are at the center of our work.
The target group living with us consists of adults with mental disabilities who need support in everyday contexts, such as home life, leisure, care, and social support. During the night, you will have a safety-creating function where you are available for conversations and contact, as well as responsibility for laundry and cleaning tasks in the operation.
You will receive shadowing with experienced staff and delegation from a nurse. All social documentation is done in the documentation system TRESERVA.
Please note that you can only have one employment within the City of Gothenburg.
Qualifications
Applicants need to be at least 18 years old, in accordance with regulations regarding minors' working environment (AFS 2012:3). We consider it an advantage if you are educated or have ongoing education with relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Another requirement for the position is that you must master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, which means approved grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1, or equivalent. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1 may be offered to take a language test through the test user Educateit.
If you have previously worked with ESL (An Independent Life), MI (Motivational Interviewing), and Comorbidity, this is considered an advantage. Experience in care is also considered an advantage.
