As an employee, you will become an important part of the team's operations consisting of

- Personal Assistant

- Nurse

- Occupational Therapist

- Unit Manager

The work is based on IBIC and documentation is done in the operational system Life Care.

We are now looking for three personal assistants for two different workgroups

About the positions

One position at 100% overnight with sleeping duty.

One position at 90% daytime, evening, and weekend.

One position at 100% weekend service 26 hours/week.

Personal assistance according to LSS is an intervention that aims to provide individuals with good and equal living conditions. The assignment involves providing individually tailored support based on the user's needs, wishes, and circumstances.

As a personal assistant, you work in the user's home and in their local environment. The work is varied and follows the individual's daily rhythm, activities, and life situation. You are an important part of creating security, continuity, and a meaningful everyday life.

Tasks may include:

· Personal care and support in daily routines

· Support during transfers, training, and activities according to instructions

· Planning and implementation of leisure and daily activities

· Support in communication and social contexts

· Practical tasks in the home such as cooking and light household chores

· Collaboration with relatives, colleagues, and other professionals

· Documentation and follow-up according to applicable routines

The work requires you to be attentive, have good judgment, and always start from the user's individual needs and implementation plan. You work closely with the individual, often independently, and therefore need to be secure, responsible, and structured.

Qualifications

· Relevant education in care and nursing, child and leisure or other equivalent education

· Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Ability to work independently, plan, and take responsibility

· Personal suitability is crucial – we are looking for someone who is stable, empathetic, and has a professional demeanor

· Good collaboration skills and confidence in the role

· Basic understanding of the assignment within LSS and personal assistance

· Flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues, users, and employers

· Driver's license

· BankID
