We work with authority enforcement, assessed assistance efforts, as well as preventive and advisory measures to reach people early.

Our organization has transitioned to a first-line social service with a single entry point for citizens, meaning that all cases are initially handled by a common reception unit. After that, investigations and further measures take place in a second line. This approach aims to make social services more accessible and efficient for everyone in need of support. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker in adult investigations, you will work with authority enforcement according to SoL and LVM for adults with harmful use/dependency and individuals with mental disabilities. You will investigate the right to assistance for those applying for support and examine the possibility of using coercive legislation in special cases.

Together with your colleagues, you will collaborate closely with the sector's execution parts and also cooperate with other units within the sector and other partners. Our goal is to work together with each applicant to find solutions that enable them to live an independent life.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a social worker or has another academic education in behavioral sciences that we consider equivalent. Experience in authority enforcement for adults is an advantage. You need to be well acquainted with applicable legislation and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

The work as a social worker can at times be mentally demanding and stressful. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can structure their work effectively and prioritize when the work and situation require it. Good collaboration skills are a prerequisite for this work.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
