We are currently looking for you who want to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our male client in Gothenburg.

What does this position entail? We are looking for someone who wants to work extra with an elderly gentleman living centrally in Gothenburg. Shifts will be booked as needed and they are 24-hour shifts with rest time at night. There is a possibility for a part-time position after the summer.

The client has previously had a brain hemorrhage, and now has early-stage dementia and mental health issues. He is wheelchair-bound and needs support with personal care, transfers, household chores, activities, and hobbies. He has a great interest in food and history. You who are applying should preferably have an interest in cooking.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

It is important that you are the right person and the client is looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a personal assistant, preferably knowledge about mental health

• Is calm, flexible, and self-sufficient

• Is smoke-free

• Can speak and write fluent Swedish

Other information

Employment form: Hourly employment with the possibility for as long as the assistance assignment lasts

Working degree: Shifts will be booked by agreement

Working hours: 24-hour shifts (with on-call duty)

Start date: During the spring

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
