Quality Investigator in Addiction Care

The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. Job Description

As a quality investigator in addiction care, you will work to follow up and develop operations within the Addiction Care Department. Your tasks include coordinating quality initiatives and follow-ups at our nine LVM homes. You are responsible for planning, compiling, and analyzing the systematic quality work so that early signals are captured and translated into improvement efforts. Furthermore, the role may involve handling special assignments and cases, as well as quality assurance of these.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with quality coordinators at the homes, and the role includes coordinating their work. To coordinate support to the homes and between the authority's national support departments, collaboration with business developers and unit managers for operational support in the department also occurs. You will have the section manager for operational support as your immediate supervisor.

The Addiction Care Department operates nationwide, which means that business travel may occur.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in sociology, behavioral science, social work, or other relevant education
  • Current experience in systematic quality work
  • Good ability and experience in working in cross-functional processes
  • Very good proficiency in working with various operational systems, case management systems, and the Office suite
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

Desirable:

  • Experience in conducting comprehensive analyses
  • Experience working with any of our collaborating actors such as social services, psychiatry, etc.
  • Experience with the current target group
  • Experience with Lex Sarah investigations and other deviations

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You have good analytical skills and can independently compile, analyze, and follow up on materials within the framework of the work. Since the role involves coordination and collaboration with several functions, it requires good teamwork skills and clear communication. You are unpretentious, have a professional attitude, and thrive in a role where dialogue and coordination are central.

Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
