Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for an engaged and driven planning leader for the Agreement and Follow-up unit.
The Agreement and Follow-up unit is organized under the Mobility and Service Travel department, and the unit's main task is to ensure that there are business-like and quality-assured agreements and follow-up of these. We strive to have a cross-functional, process-based working method with high business acumen and customer focus. Through close dialogue with the market and our operations, we ensure that we set the right requirements in our agreements, and we see our suppliers as strategic partners. The unit consists of 10 people.
In the role of planning leader, you will be responsible for part of the supplier agreements for assignments received within the Mobility and Service Travel department, as well as contributing to the follow-up and control of our suppliers' compliance with their agreements together with other units. You will plan and manage long-term contacts with both clients and contractors for one or more areas of agreement that fall within the department's responsibility. A significant part of the planning leader's role involves working in project form, primarily as a project manager, but also as a participant. The work will be very independent, varied, and include collaborations with several parties. You will participate in and drive smaller networks, project, and working groups, as well as be responsible for monitoring developments within your work areas. The work requires you to be business-minded, have a strategic perspective, but also be able to handle tasks at an operational level. You will have close collaboration with all operations within the department.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in economics, law, public administration, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
- Knowledge of LOU, knowledge of contract law, understanding of procurement forms, threshold values, advertising, deadlines, evaluation models, as well as competence to handle procurement tools, evaluation criteria, and request documents.
- Documented experience as a project manager, development leader, project coordinator, or equivalent.
- Experience in risk management, steering, and following up projects.
- Experience leading projects of both larger and smaller scope.
- Budget and cost calculations.
- Experience working process-oriented.
Meritorious:
- Familiarity with transport services, public transport solutions, and service logistics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Qlik Sense, and the project model XLPM.
- Experience in public procurement.
- Familiarity with GDPR.
To succeed in the role of planning leader, you are a driven and independent person who will lead and manage your assignments to completion on your own, where documentation is as natural as presentation in various forums. You are communicative with very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Operational benefit, business acumen, and customer needs are focus areas in the position, thus you need to have the ability to capture complex issues and adopt a holistic perspective. You see it as natural to work together with others, as you will have many points of contact in the role and need to collaborate with various professional groups. Additionally, you enjoy being challenged by change and development work, as you are expected to identify new opportunities to develop our agreements and working methods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Conditions
With us, you will work in an administration focused on development, collaboration, and diversity. We offer, among other things, wellness grants and cycling benefits - so you can combine an exciting job with a sustainable private life.
As an employer, we have an obligation to ensure that you have the right to reside and work in Sweden. Therefore, at a physical interview, you will need to show a passport or national ID card. Selection and interviews are ongoing, so do not wait to apply!
