Norrtullskolan has two parallel classes in each grade from F-6. We have about 320 students, and 180 of them attend one of our four after-school care departments. The school is located in the northern part of Eksjö, close to the city, culture, and nature. We are about 55 people working at the school with the common goal that everyone should feel good, be safe, and succeed in their studies. The school's work is characterized by a culture of collaboration where we gladly share with each other and where everyone helps out.

The equal treatment work at the school is a central part that everyone is involved in, and we have a close collaboration between preschool, primary school, and after-school care to ensure our students receive the best possible overall experience.

In the coming years, we have the privilege of being part of the construction of a new school. This presents us with many exciting challenges to truly live up to our vision of learning together.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a teacher in after-school care who enjoys being active with students both in after-school care and in school. The position involves you and your colleague being responsible for ensuring that the after-school care department has an operation based on the curriculum LGR 22. There is significant collaboration between the departments, and we do a lot together across the after-school care departments at the school.

You are responsible for quality assuring your operations and using your follow-ups and evaluations to succeed in continued development.

At the school, it is the teachers in after-school care who take responsibility for and organize break activities during school hours. Collaborating in school cooperation with teachers in preschool and primary school is part of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a qualified teacher in after-school care.

In your work, you have the students' learning as the starting point throughout the day. You have an inclusive approach, are relationship-building, structured, and see opportunities in challenges.

You have high expectations of yourself, your students, and your colleagues.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
