Hultskolan is beautifully situated in the home region of Albert Engström, about ten kilometers east of Eksjö town. Nearby the school, you will find the church and the Albert Engström Farm, as well as a varied nature. The school operates programs for preschool class, grades 1-6, and after-school care. There are 45 students enrolled in the after-school care Vargen and about 90 students in the school. Since the school is small, it may be relevant to have mixed classes in some subjects. At Hultskolan, we have a team for after-school care and one for preschool and primary school. We work to collaborate with each other and support one another. At Hultskolan, we want students to be met with warm and positive engagement from us adults. Here, students should thrive, feel safe, and gain knowledge for life. During the School Inspectorate's visit, it was noted that the teaching significantly promotes students' opportunities to achieve the curriculum's goals regarding knowledge and values. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is qualified to teach from preschool class to grade 3. As a teacher, your mission is to create situations where students succeed, together with your colleagues. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, and following up on instruction based on our governing documents, grounded in the students' needs for support and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teacher certification and qualification to teach from preschool class to grade 3.

We are looking for a structured educator. Experience is advantageous, but personal suitability and being a secure adult in the classroom are more important. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, and complete what you start.

You are creative, think outside the box, and seek new solutions to old problems. You take initiative and want to be involved in developing the school and education together with us.

You should find it easy to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. It is natural for you to collaborate with other educators and staff at the school to reach the students. Students you enjoy meeting, both inside and outside the classroom.
