We are now looking for an independent and structured administrator for an ongoing assignment in the energy and infrastructure sector in Solna. The assignment is administrative with significant personal responsibility and involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties.

The role is suitable for you who are meticulous, service-oriented, and thrive in a coordinating function where you get to work with contracts, administration, communication, and process development.

You will work as an administrator in a department or project organization and have a central role in managing land and contract-related issues. The assignment includes both operational administrative work and a responsibility to ensure structure, quality, and follow-up in the processes.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with project managers, engineers, permitting functions, and external parties such as landowners, authorities, and municipalities.

Presence in the office in Solna at least three days a week.

• Manage contracts with landowners (send, follow up, and receive)

• Administer compensation and payments to landowners in case of land intrusion

• Registration and case management with the Land Survey Authority

• Archiving and document management in systems and projects

• Ongoing communication with landowners, utility owners, authorities, and other external parties

• Collaboration with internal functions such as project managers, engineers, preparers, and permitting functions

• Contribute to updating and developing routines within the assignment

• Participate in process and business development through improvement proposals

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in qualified administrative work

• Is structured, meticulous, and service-oriented

• Has very good communication skills in both speech and writing

• Is comfortable making contact by phone and following up on cases

• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

• Has good system skills and finds it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems

• Basic understanding of GDPR

• Legal background or experience in contract administration

• Experience in similar assignments within energy, infrastructure, or construction

• Experience with construction or building contracts

• Knowledge of permitting processes such as valuation protocols, land lease agreements (MUA), and servitudes
