We are looking for a substitute coordinator to join us at Passal Assistans. The position is a permanent role with standby duties every 4th week and every other weekend. The start date for the position is April 1, with training on-site at one of our offices during March.

As a substitute coordinator, you will serve as a support function to our office staff during the times the office is closed. The role primarily involves standby duties but also includes active work with staffing/substitute placement in our assistant groups. You will work from home and be available by phone during your working hours for our personal assistants to cover sick leave. The job also includes writing standby reports. As a substitute coordinator, you represent Passal Assistans and let our shared values permeate your work. You will be part of a team where we have regular meetings and you will also be part of Passal Assistans office staff.

Scope
The need is 1 out of 4 weeks and every other weekend. Weekend hours may be adjusted.

Example of standby schedule
w. 1: Mon-Thu with working hours from 4:00 PM to 8:15 AM each day and Sat-Sun from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
w. 2: Off
w. 3: Fri, Sat, and Sun from 4:00 PM to 8:15 AM
w. 4: Off

We are looking for someone who has the ability to:

• Professionally, solution-oriented, and service-minded meet customers and employees in various situations.
• Prioritize and maintain calm in stressful situations and convey this calm to both customers and employees as well as team colleagues.
• Work independently and make quick decisions within the framework of Passal's values and policies.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in the assistance profession or similar work in care or support and have worked with staffing before. The position is well compatible with studies or other work.

Compensation: Fixed salary.

At the interview, you will need to show an extract from the criminal record as well as documentation that proves your right to work in Sweden (passport, national ID, or personal certificate with driver's license).

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, a work permit or permanent residence permit is required.
