Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 30s living in Rättvik

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has a valid B driver's license

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• share the customer's interests in hockey, series, and food

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts", the position is approximately 12-15% and involves work during weekdays and weekends from 07:00 to 08:30. You will work about 3-4 shifts per week, with the possibility of more shifts.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date is immediate or according to agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
