Part-time/Substitute Assistants Needed for Personal Care

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for part-time substitutes/summer substitutes for a woman around 45 years old. We appreciate cheerful, attentive personal assistants. A driver's license is required, and you must be smoke-free. Personal chemistry and experience are prioritized.
The user lives with a neurological disability, mostly using a power wheelchair, and is cheerful and active.
Lives in Borlänge.
The user has personal assistance around the clock, with five assistants on a regular schedule.
The user needs help with most things, such as hygiene, mobility, home and household tasks, activities, caring for her daughter, and driving.
Having someone by her side is invaluable for this user who does not take a day for granted.
Since communication is important, proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a key requirement.
Being available to step in at short notice is a requirement.
