Customer Presentation

A cheerful man in his 30s living in central Rättvik.

He has a CP disability and requires assistance from morning to evening. He enjoys taking walks, listening to music, and going to hockey games.

The Position

We are now looking for substitutes who can start working immediately, and we would also like you to be available to work as a substitute during the summer of 2026. It is preferable if you have another occupation and see this as a complement.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who enjoys actively working to ensure that the customer has a satisfactory life. You will work based on the customer's needs and routines.

You have a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a desire and interest in developing in your work. You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Must not be allergic to fur as there is a dog in the home.

Experience

We prefer that you have experience as a personal assistant. Since it is the customer who chooses their assistant, we will place great emphasis on personality.
