ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Falun. The position is as a substitute with work as needed, where there will be an opportunity for a fixed-term position with a set schedule. Double assistance is applied throughout the working hours, except during daily activities, and there is waiting time during the night.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Day shift: 08:30 AM – 08:30 AM

• Evening shift: 03:30 PM – 08:50 AM

ABOUT THE CLIENT

You will work with a happy and social girl in her 20s who lives in her own apartment. She has Cornelia de Lange syndrome and uses a wheelchair as an aid in her daily life. As a personal assistant to our client, you are an important part of her everyday life and provide support where needed. Your main tasks consist of:

• Assisting with daily routines and household chores

• Helping with personal hygiene

• Assisting with transfers

Furthermore, the client enjoys socializing with friends, going for walks, and having coffee in town – therefore, we hope you thrive in social settings and are a safe, positive presence in everyday life.

You are secure, attentive, and have a genuine interest in making everyday life both safe, fun, and meaningful for the client. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage, but your personality and willingness to contribute are the most important.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

• Not allergic to pets, as there is a dog in the home

MERITS

• Previously worked in the role of personal assistant

• B driver's license

Start date: According to agreement, where we hope you can start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
