About the position - a job that makes a difference every day

Working in the Crime Group means that you meet people at different stages of life, often with norm-breaking behaviors or a background of criminality. It is a job that requires security, sensitivity, and courage, but also curiosity, warmth, and a strong belief in people's ability to change. You are never alone. In our group, there is close collaboration, co-handling, and daily support that allows us to carry both tasks and challenges together.

You work with the target group aged 0-100 years and meet both children, youth, and adults who in various ways need support, structure, and guidance. The work is based on evidence-based practice, risk-need-responsiveness (RNR), and a clear focus on understanding the driving forces behind behaviors and creating individually tailored solutions.

The issues are often complex and multifaceted, but the work is also developing, meaningful, and filled with small and large progress. The Crime Group is part of the Child and Family Unit (BFE), which belongs to the Social and Labor Market Administration. The unit consists of six teams with present managers, experienced senior social workers, and colleagues who want you to succeed and thrive.

In the role, you will work with:

* Investigating needs, risks, and protective factors according to BBIC, SoL, and RNR
* Conducting adult investigations based on risk-need-responsiveness
* Writing statements according to LUL
* Following up and enforcing sanctions such as community service and youth care
* Supporting individuals in breaking norm-breaking behaviors and criminality
* Collaborating with police, schools, healthcare, and other actors
* Working closely with colleagues and senior social workers in an open and safe team

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are a person who carries your work with both security and professionalism, and you meet every individual with respect, patience, and genuine engagement. You are curious and appreciate an organization that develops in line with societal needs. You approach changes with flexibility, creativity, and a belief that collaboration creates the best solutions. You work in a structured manner, have an easy time maintaining focus even when the pace increases, and you are confident in being clear when situations require it.
