About the client:

A young man with autism living in his own apartment. He benefits from having structure in his daily life and needs support and motivation. His main interests are photography, vehicles, and spending time with family. He has daily activities a few days a week.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has a good ability to adapt to situations, handle stressful situations, but at the same time has no issues being in a passive environment. You are excellent at motivating others and are confident in yourself. Do you enjoy guiding others but feel no need to be controlling? Are you simply balanced in knowing when to be active and when to be passive? Do you have a sense of humor? If so, you have a very good chance of succeeding in this role!

Requirements for the position:

Driver's license

Non-smoker and fragrance-free

Basic cooking skills

Previous experience

Very good knowledge of Swedish

About the position:

Substitute as needed with the possibility of a longer-term position

Working hours: 24-hour shifts with night on-call, day, evening, and weekend. Double staffing.
