Description

We are looking for a social worker with DBT competence for a centralized DBT team that is part of the Affectivity psychiatric outpatient clinic at Uddevalla Hospital.

The DBT team will function as a comprehensive unit within NU Healthcare's adult psychiatry. The primary mission is to provide complete DBT treatment for patients aged 18 and over. In addition to the treatment mission, the team will maintain relevant competence in the area and, if necessary, provide support for other clinics within the organization. The assignment requires physical presence at the workplace, remote work is only allowed in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

You are a social worker or a licensed health and medical care social worker. In addition, you have further education and experience in DBT and CBT.

The work requires personal maturity, experience, and a preference for working independently and making quick decisions. You should be stress-resistant and able to handle a high work pace. We expect you to be structured, clear, orderly, and flexible, as well as having a willingness and interest in working and being part of a team.

We place great importance on personal suitability and value qualities such as flexibility and good social competence, where humor, initiative, and positive thinking are clear merits.
