Flexfunktion accounting agency is a small and flexible agency located at Stora Torget in central Alingsås, just a stone's throw from the train station. The agency is Srf-affiliated and effectively assists small and growing companies with various accounting and payroll services, as well as consulting.

About the role of payroll consultant

In the role of payroll consultant with us, you will work with payroll for several different small businesses in a variety of industries. You will have overall responsibility for your clients' payroll processes and work both operationally and advisory. Examples of tasks:

• Manage payroll from start to finish for several small businesses
• Maintain ongoing client contact and provide advice on payroll issues
• Handle deviations such as absence, vacation, and benefits
• Ensure correct payroll through controls and quality assurance
• Develop our internal processes and working methods
• Collaborate with colleagues in payroll and accounting for comprehensive deliveries

You will have close contact with both clients and colleagues and be an important piece of the puzzle in creating secure and quality-assured payroll processes for our clients.

Who are you?

You have found your home in the payroll profession and enjoy the combination of people, numbers, and regulations.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience working with payroll, preferably from an accounting firm, payroll agency, or similar payroll function
• Are confident in the payroll process from start to finish
• Have experience working with and interpreting collective agreements
• Are familiar with digital tools and various payroll systems
• Enjoy both taking responsibility and collaborating with others.

It is an advantage if you:

• Are an Authorized Payroll Consultant via Srf consultants or are on your way there. Alternatively, have extensive experience in the payroll profession.
• Have experience working at a smaller agency with many small business clients
• Have worked advisory with clients and enjoy explaining regulations in an understandable way

About the position

The position is part-time, about 40%, with start date according to agreement, preferably before summer. The goal is for the position, just like the agency, to grow in the long term.

At our office, there may be a dog, as our employees are allowed to bring their dogs to work, which creates great value for many here.
