Job Responsibilities

As a leisure teacher, you support the children's development and learning that takes place throughout the student's entire school day. You are part of a work team where you, together with colleagues, plan, implement, and evaluate the activities with the goal of driving the school's development forward based on applicable governing documents. We offer you a varied, responsible, and stimulating job with opportunities for personal development. The workplace is smoke-free and health-conscious. As a full-time employee, you receive a wellness allowance of 3000 SEK per year.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed teacher with a focus on leisure activities. It is important that you have the ability to create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You are solution-focused and have a good ability to collaborate. It is also important to be a good role model and to be proactive and driving in the pedagogical work. You have the ability to see students' different needs, take their individual circumstances into account, and help students grow and develop. Being confident in the teaching role and feeling pride in your work are also important qualities. Experience from similar assignments is an advantage.
